In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, AssetCo Plc's capital consists of 8,424,847 ordinary shares of 10p each with voting rights. The above figure (8,424,847) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, AssetCo Plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. The ordinary shares are listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange. The percentage of AIM securities that are not in public hands is 49.6%. There are no restrictions on the transfer of the Company’s AIM securities.
