AssetCo plc Directors’ interests

John Shannon, AssetCo’s Chief Executive Officer, notified the Company today that on the 11 March 2010 he sold 777,777 ordinary shares at a price of 61p per share.

Prior to this transaction Mr Shannon’s total beneficial holding in the Company was 27,741,104 representing 30.53 per cent of the total issued shares.

Following this transaction Mr Shannon’s total beneficial holding in the Company is 26,963,327 ordinary shares representing 29.72 per cent of the Company’s Issued Share Capital.
